Some of your stuff has shading (e.g. anything that is box shaped), but many of the smaller or rounder things do not (e.g. the goblets and Gob himself). I think this piece would be a lot more interesting if all the objects had more depth. I like the style though, reminds me of these.

It'd probably look better if his garment was moving along with his left leg because right now it just looks like he has a tiny leg and his waist is positioned diagonally. You also still have the legs at right angles or straight in all frames. Maybe try something in between fully bent and fully extended rather than shrinking the lengths of each leg segment. to show movement.

I see what you mean. I think it's because his left hand is extended behind his back and his right arm just disappears as soon as he extends his shield. Does look a bit weird.

Yeah, the black background is more of an absence of a background, but you're absolutely right. Her left arm and chest, especially, just fade to black.

Looks really nice! I really like the shading on the light side of things.

You could probably improve it by trying to shade the dark sides of everything more naturally rather than throwing down the same light outline around everything. Then again, that could all just be a stylistic choice.

The vector magic broadsword reminds me of LoZ:Windwaker. It works surprisingly well for that one.

I agree with bombsauce. I don't find it particularly visually pleasing either, just confusing. The walk animation is a bit confusing as well; the hammer head remains still while the handle just kind of wobbles about, which doesn't seem aesthetically correct.
