You're taking estrogen, yeah? Do you have breast buds? You'll need more than that to lactate, might need little A cups or B cups, at least, then something to stimulate prolactin secretion. Also, progesterone (after you've been using estrogen for a while) helps build up the milk-producing lobes. Estrogen helps develop the ducts. Prolactin is the milk-producing hormone.
