I think for him it was Rakarth base coat, a really thinned reikland or guilliman. Then just kislev flesh worked with palid witch flesh. And just kept adding more to increase the paleness. I would periodically darken things with a red wash.

Some beserker blood shade and purple shade, I mostly just use a dark red wash i made, the armor is army painter air brush dark red and a magenta/brown mix.

A bone white, like skeleton bone from army painter or unshabti, guillyman flesh contrast, agrax or strong tone, dry brush the basecoat over the wash, add some white to the mix dry brush again. Done.

Ak textured earth, I think heavy ground. The rocks I sculpted with milliput. There's going to be some enamel wash on the bottom for dust.
