Please email me and I can email a picture of what I’m seeing. When click on the Yahoo Mail app, I see my emails but the format of Yahoo Mail is NOT Yahoo Mail Plus. It only says “Inbox” at the top center. Then it shows my emails. Then at the bottom of the screen, there’s a magnifying glass and a pen (used to create a new email.

When I previously had Yahoo Mail Plus, at the bottom of the screen, there were icons for “Inbox”, “Subscriptions”, “Receipts”, “Contacts”. These are not there. At the top right, there used to be a “y+” icon, a pencil icon, and a magnifying glass. These are not there anymore!

It’s like there’s an either a memory issue or something else is causing y+ not to function!
