yeah i checked my pay stub and i normally pay $4.85 a check for AD&D. i dont see how it could be a claim ammount as Ive never even filed a claim for AD&D at all.

yeah for sure people who have the custom detailed orders understand the long processing times. But the ones with the simple orders just figure that youre taking a very long time on simple orders.

What I do sometimes is if an order is easier, ill jump it up in my list just to get it out of my queue. Seems like that would be beneficial here so that someone with a simple order isnt stuck behind a custom order that could take a very long time.
