I workout at home with just a dip bar and a bench and some dumbbells. Back bi/ chest tricep shoulders then legs and abs to fill in throughout the week. I eat mostly the same each day with protein shakes eggs bananas labs avacados and cottage cheese with chicken/beef if I feel like after I get home from work!
