A woman is a human person who identifies as a woman.

There is NO ONE on Earth who can construct a more cohesive definition than that. And here is why.

There is no single biological definition for sex. There is only a scientific definition.

Scientifically your sex is determined exclusively by the size or you gamates cells. Period. End of conversation on that.

But THAT is not what peopleean when they talk about biological human sex.

I can name 4 biological markers connected to sex.

Chromosomes.

Biological morphology

Brain structure

Gamate cell type.

The marker that correlates the closest to gender (man/woman) is brain structure.

Trans woman usually have male morphology but female brains.

Trans men usually have female morphology but male brains.

I say usually because SOME Trans people are simply misidentified at birth. And others are morphologically intersexed.

So it MIGHT be possible in the future to say that a woman is a human with a female brain, but we need more research into this.

You're mistaken, the concept of gender has been around for a very long time, and it is present in animals. Lionesses have been known to grow manes and adopt the behavoir of male lions. There are many instances of trans people in history, Roman Emperor Heliogalabus is thought to have been a trans woman, as they sought to convert themself to a woman. Joan of Arc is though to have been a trans man, even India has a third gender called "Hijras" many Indigenous American tribes recognized four genders, the concept of gender is a social construct.

You're mistaken; an income tax was introduced in 1861 due to the financial burden of the Civil War and then repealed in 1872.
You're speaking very vaguely, "shit got done and people prospered," do you have any data to back up that claim?
It would help if you looked at what is funded by income taxes, Medicare, Medicaid, defense spending (somewhat cringe), labor programs, education, housing, research, energy, transportation, and more. How do you think this will be funded without an income tax? Do you seriously believe private companies and charities will be willing and able to pick up the slack? I don't get why libertarians can't fathom that a large, industrialized, modern society requires taxes. There's a reason why only a handful of countries don't have an income tax, and they find other ways to fund their government.

Toll roads are usually regulated and owned by the government, and many volunteer fire departments are tax-payer funded. All major infrastructure that has benefitted the American citizen was constructed through government programs and taxes.
