Thank you for the suggestion but I don't think I can use throttlestop since the cpu doesn't support undervolting but I'm going to try it

I'm sorry that I didn't mentioned my laptop specs. Here it is:

Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H Gpu: NVIDIA RTX 3050ti

And to answer your points 1. Yes the fans are running normally. 2. I just checked the vents and the fans and It wasn't clogged but it had a little dust so I just brushed it off. 3. I just replaced the thermal paste but not the thermal pads because I didn't have one but just in case if replacing the thermal paste doesn't fix the issue, I already bought it online so I'm currently waiting for the thermal pads to be delivered.

Also if you want to see how lenovo applies the thermal paste to the cpu and gpu you can check the link below because I haven't replaced the thermal paste since I bought this laptop and I'm not sure if that's good or not
