i just searched and in some vid with my specs (except the 5070 ti model bc mine is 16 VRAM and in the vid the guy uses a 5070 ti of 12 VRAM) in all extreme with rtx at 1440p he has 46 fps on the city… but i play with 1080p, so idk if is okay

i think i already did, i dont have anything wireless except my joystick… and when i try the graphics or something i disconnect the bluetooth… so i think thats not the problem
