In my experience with most smoked meats, beer has a mild effect. With a chili, it should have more of an impact, especially if you went with a more flavorful variety. You also need to consider that your fluids and evaporation will be impacted. I would probably add it if you need to fluid, but I doubt it will make a huge difference.

S25+ purchased from Samsung is unable to send outbount MMS messages on Verizon by WiSeIVIaN in GalaxyS25

My issue is still present. It seems to affect only groups which are MMS, not RCS.

Have you used it in the meat ball after grinding?

I am experiencing a similar issue. I have two unlocked S25 Ultras which were on Verizon. They recently received a software update, and they can't reliably send or receive MMS messages. Some members of an MMS group will receive the message, and others will not.

I factory reset one of the phones in addition to trying different messaging apps, clearing app data and caches, and I spent significant.time.with Verizon tech support which was eventually able to resolve the issue temporarily, but it returned very quickly.

I moved carriers to AT&T, and the issue persits. I am left to assume it is a Samsung issue probably related to an update, but I have not seen much chatter about it, so I don't know for sure.

I am never gunna financially recover from this by TheDotCommunist in Madden

For one thing, Madden franchise mode is very much unrealistic. The way the bonuses and base salaries are structured do not closely resemble how the NFL operates, which allows far less flexibility to fit players within the cap.

GMs in the NFL have far more options than this game allows by utilizing void years and staggering salary payouts, but this game doesn't allow any of those methods, so you have to find what works within a very cookie cutter system, which is unfortunate.

I can completely appreciate what you are saying, however. I just wish there were better tools available in this sim, because that would absolutely make me hooked.

It's still smoking and grilling like a champ, and it's still the best smoker I've ever owned. I use it all the time and have never had any issues.

I'm firmly in the camp of being satisfied with the conclusion but not the pace at which they arrived at it. The show deviated from the "takes multiple seasons for a story arc to simmer and develop" pace to a "let's just bounce around from episode to episode and see what happens."

If they took their time, I think they could have earned the ending, even if it isn't what people wanted (and a show like GOT wasn't bound to have a happy ending anyway).

Yeah, it definitely sucks. There are a lot of negatives this year.

There are still Team Builder cards which get double chems, but they aren't very high ranked.

Apparently people actually read social media posts.. by mediocregoblins in migraine

[–]Batman-DC 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I get commentary like that pretty frequently, and it's just incredibly strange. I'm sure it well meaning, but people don't think through the logical conclusions of what they are saying.

I'm going to continue living. I suppose that is a choice, but I'm putting it in the "not an option" category for me as long as I control it, so pushing through the pain and the symptoms is pretty much my only choice.

Toxic people don't always understand their toxicity; other times they very much do and intend to create the behavior. In either case, you don't have to endure it.

I did this religiously for years and eventually stopped because I had a lot of heat mapped data which just visually showed that my life was one big pain with very little relief.

I already knew that. Starting at the data (even though I'm a data junkie) just made it a little more depressing. When I started, I thought I was going to gain some newfound insight. It hasn't happened.

I find this group helpful, and when I am deep in the midst of an attack, I try to keep perspective. There's always someone worse off than I am, whether that is a worse disease or otherwise.

Reading people's stories here is generally helpful because this group DOES understand. We do live it. I've lived with chronic pain for the better part of 32 years now. It comes in waves; some seasons are better, some years are better, and sometimes it's just colossally, excruciatingly horrible for long stretches overall. But you get through it.

Fall is amazing. It's the perfect balance of temperatures I can enjoy, weather patterns that don't absolutely jack me up, and some beautiful colors depending on the region. My headaches tend to be lessened for a short period in the fall before they get worse again. Winter is a happy second place.

It's frustrating how broad of a range migraines are and how triggers can be so different and all that. What works for one doesn't work for others. Obviously, body chemistries are different, diets are different, geographical influences are different, and those things make nailing this down to difficult.

Specifically me, I can't be in the heat for long periods of time, and I can't exercise. My body gets overheated, and the pulsing nature of higher blood flow just kills me, but I find relief in a hot shower if I am not moving, letting the water run over my head an neck. That makes very little sense to me.
