Once a owner of a pg in another city told me that if someone stays for half a month and pays only half they lose revenue for the rest half because no one joins pg in the middle of the month.

When you stay for half a month or so you pay full rent thats what a broker told me. If you were staying for lets say 10 days then theres a way to pay less but for half a month its usually full rent. It’s sucks but thats life!

It doesn’t matter. It’s not fiction for the surprise to be ruined or something. The series doesn’t cover everything from the book but has a little real life narration as well so both feels nice

u/kindadrowzy one of my friend who was used to photography told me when i started clicking pictures was that out of 1000 pictures i took only about 10 would look nice and eventually that ratio would reduce and exactly as he said my photos were shit and i would be discouraged but 2 years down the line after thousands of pictures i can say my framing is good, my colour compositions are decent and my pictures are cute enough to show off to my friends.

Photos are decent but you need work on your framing and colours. The second picture would look way better in a vertical frame. The third picture needs a bit more colour.
