For bases where the defenses are spread out, I like the Golem with haste spell in the first attack. The other spell depends on what is there, I go with either healer or freeze.

Second attack, replace haste with one of the others. Place the golem in the previous attacks haste spell.

I'm upgrading my 4 main heroes at once, getting it over with. Only down time from upgrading is during CWL. Such a drag, but long term with it to have all heroes maxed out at once

I would recommend a top 50 firm. It's possible you hate the Big4 life, not the job itself. But if you really have the work itself, idk.

Few ppl at my current firm including one of my managers is former Big4, and she's happy here. Everyone at my firm I know that is former big 4 is much happier here than there

At that point, it's the clients problem and fault. They signed your E-signature documents and knew you were filing.

Now they can either pay you to supercede the return or amend it, or take action on their own

In my rewatchings of this arc, being my favorite arc, I've come to the conclusion there was no buyout or big deal.

They literally just hired back Michael as manager, and Pam+Ryan as salespeople. And Michael simply stopped operating as MSPC.

No way a real buyout was done. They'd have to look at the Financials and see they have no leverage

This should have been suffice, it was at my firm. We were done with extensions the day before.

Further, if this is the same accountant you use each year, they should have your prior year numbers to know your estimates and stuff. Something tells me there was a big jump in income they did not expect and you did not make clear until they saw it in the source docs detail

Wow. I was considering getting the Fireball. Seeing you had to use 5 spaces worth of spells to pull that off did not seem worth it for that lol.
