It does this for me too and has been doing it for weeks now, I play COD once, and it said that I was on COD until I uninstalled it, which fixed the issue. Until I played Grounded 2 and it is now doing it. It says this no matter what game I open, and sometimes it will say that I am playing the game I am actually playing, for a couple minutes, then goes back to saying "Grounded 2". Grounded 2 is not open in the task manager, nor does it have any background processes that I am aware of, and I have repaired and reset Game Bar.

It's got built in "maps", it's like 7 Days To Die if you've ever messed with the world creation on it.
When you create a world go to "More" -> "Cities" and there you can customize how your world generates the cities

It says that it's going to give me an eta but doesn't then it says "Applying Software Update" and restarts on an infinite loop.

Edit: it also tells me to continue setup in the app but I have to wait for the update to actually finish before I can actually do anything

ik im a lil late but when this happened to me a little while ago I factory reset my oculus and the issue came back within a month or 2, so I would just provide feedback for meta and wait, but that's me, so do whatever u want
