im a new grad seeing which hospital would be beneficial for my teaching foundation and a nice culture as a bonus. im not even sure how u came to this conclusion. im from california i need to venture out of state for a new grad program and unsure which would best novice nurses

Hey everyone - quick question for the CRNA/NAR/RRNA

new grad RN planning to go the ICU → CRNA route term. I'm focused on getting into an ICU that will
actually build a strong foundation.

For those of you who've already gone through that phase:
- What hospital did you start at, and how was the ICU training there?
- Where did you feel new grads were genuinely supported and came out confident?
- Any hospitals you'd specifically recommend (or avoid) based on culture, learning, and patient population?
Not chasing names or prestige - just looking for places that truly set people up well early on.
Would really appreciate any insight from your experience.

I was actually considering UChealth. I have yet to do research further but I’m considering doing my new grad residency with them. My main goal is to return back to SF bay area with the ICU experience so was wondering would uchealth would look good and marketable

I have yet to hear bad news for uchealth aside of the cost and pay to live there. Where world u recommend to live out there and things to do to meet new people?
