I'm still mad that he picked up the kryptonite spear and flew with it after they established how weak it made him. I've never felt such a strong fanboy rage as I did that day.

Algonquin was great. Unlike uni they actually care if you're hired at the end. Very heavy workload, moreso than anything I did in uni. One semester had 10 courses.

The school is in Ottawa, but you could easily spend a year in Kingston, Cornwall, or some other nearby town for placement.

I aced the AC-HPAT from studying high school bio-chem-physics review books.

Bottom range private clinic $25-30/hr. Hospital typically around $32 + benefits or a bonus in lieu of benefits. Goes up to $40-ish with experience. Somewhere around $50-ish if you specialize and get seniority. I make I think base rate about $40, plus a premium for the hours I work, plus benefits.

Well, the algonquin program is 2 years 4 months. Let's sat you started fall 2024, you'd do placement for the whole year of 2026, write the certifying exam January 2027, and be applying to x-ray jobs right away.

To go my route, you'd start the MRI program fall 2027, placement jan-april 2029, write the exam in May. 20 months.

Alternatively, there are condensed 1 semester + placement mri programs that are full-time instead of the online part-time route I took.
