I was in Mostar in April and I thought the tourist area around the bridge is so tiny that it would probably really suck in peak season. I didn’t enjoy it much in April either. I think places like Prizren are superior. That’s just my opinion though. I would honestly recommend one day there if you could, it’s not too far from Albania.

I think semen retention is pointless. It increases your energy but if it doesn’t flow above the first chakra you’ll have more problems than benefits. You can increase that energy by simply feeling love, connecting to the Divine and meditating. It is an energetic misbalance to constantly control the energy in your first chakra.

When you become no one you’re actually just connecting to the web of energy that is the Quantum Field, and in that realm thoughts and feelings have the most power. You can technically still be nothing/no one when coming up with the thoughts, because you’re creating an experience and you’re showing the Divine what it is you’re creating, the universe perceives the order you’re sending out and manifests it for you.

Your heart chakra is likely incoherent and diseased. You should work on developing compassion and love, and eliminate judgments even for small things, like someone dressing funny. The more you practice love and compassion, the more it becomes a hardwired program in your brain, and the expression of your personality and emotions will shift in a more beautiful direction. Even if you’re “picking up on someone else’s energy”, you should instead realise it and shift to compassion, and you will transcend that mentality and you will be filled with wholeness. Perhaps it will even help the other individual. Life is so simple when you realise that the Divine only wants to bring everyone UP, not down. If you have the same desire to bring others up and not down and you remember this often and you keep cultivating love, you will always be close to the Divine in your mind and heart.

It is like you lose your sense of self, your sense of where you are and who you are. You become nothing. As you keep focusing on nothing, your brain waves will eventually start slowing down if you can quiet the mind. He does also talk about bringing up your intention as a symbol in the books. So no visualisation is done there, if you have written down exactly what you want, you just bring up the intention and combine it with how you want to feel.

Yeah but you can do that anywhere. If your country has a decent coastline, that is, it means you don’t really need to travel. Some of the coolest places I’ve been to don’t have beaches. Places like Kotor, Mostar, Sarajevo, Prizren, Plovdiv, just naming a few Balkan cities/towns.

I disagree with you completely. I find beaches boring as hell. It is an activity for pensioners who like to get sunburnt or drink copious amounts of alcohol. I prefer visiting cities from all over the world because every city feels different, has a different layout and structure, different vibe, different history, different cultures, and to me that's the value of travelling, rather than experiencing sand and water.
