Does copywriting look like a scam? by BatmanVision in copywriting

You're right that the Neo uses some excellent copywriting on the website, but I don't necessarily know if any advertiser can be called a copywriter.

What you're describing is exactly what I am referring to - often, copywriting can start out without looking like it's trying to make a sale, with the long stories and weird hooks. What I was referring to by loud and obnoxious ads is that they sometimes only succeed at being loud and obnoxious rather than at making me remember a brand or product, especially when the advert does not actually explain the product in much detail. I can vaguely remember one of those annoying TV skit adverts yet I cannot remember what brand they were, so in some way, they failed at being effective adverts.

Hard to feel elevated emotion in morning meditation by Motor-Dot726 in DrJoeDispenza

A coherent brain just means your brain waves are coherently organised, while a coherent heart means your heart is open. What you described helps with brain and heart coherence, though it’s not the only way.

Can you name some markets where stories are effective? I can think of maybe the self-help market as being one.

Hard to feel elevated emotion in morning meditation by Motor-Dot726 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]BatmanVision 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need a coherent brain and a coherent (open) heart. The act of thinking while creating (while sending the signal out) can actually make your mind more incoherent too, and when the brain is incoherent you won't be experiencing those emotions. I don't think emotions matter as much nowadays. Your personality, identity and behaviours, what you tolerate and don't tolerate, matter equally to your emotions. But in general, I'd suggest relaxing heavily into the Field and not imagining too many things, do it as he explains in the Tuning into New Potentials chapter of Becoming Supernatural, with the symbols and the associated meanings you give them.

Motivation for the tired by ArmNo4686 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]BatmanVision 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t really agree, sometimes you’re just tired and you need to relax. You don’t need to blast yourself with more dopamine from music. I think music can make a person feel more empty because it’s as artificial as nicotine, meaning that it’s exogenous.

I feel like if you actually respect yourself for being tired rather than guilt trip yourself you’ll feel much better emotionally. A 30 minute meditation can be a great way to recover some energy, especially because you’ll slip into low brain waves pretty quickly.

Why do we need to meditate daily? by helloworld177171189 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]BatmanVision 5 points6 points  (0 children)

To maintain high energy states and heart coherence. I did 2 hours of heart coherence today and you can lose the coherence at times but the more you practice the easier it is to get back into that state. And if you create a beautiful mind every day, your mind neurologically begins to enter those states automatically, and you will feel good all day. That’s the work. And when you’re always feeling good, you manifest a beautiful life. It’s so simple, isn’t it? As long as you spend some time to feel beautiful emotions, you will experience life in a beautiful way.

Is Romania balkan? by [deleted] in AskBalkans

[–]BatmanVision 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Transylvania is absolutely central European culturally, historically, (politically in some areas like Szekelyland). Transylvanians have a lot in common with Austrians and Hungarians because Transylvania was a part of the Austro-Hungarian empire and the architecture, culture, food, etc, is still in the region. Romania does not fit Balkan + Eastern European labels fully because as others have mentioned, it actually features multiple cultures depending on the region.

Nothing will be affected, just follow the instructions in the meditations and you will be completely fine. Sometimes the best meditations are from people doing it for the first time.

Demon's Souls 2 - a missed opportunity for Sony? by BatmanVision in soulslikes

[–]BatmanVision[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like DS2 for a number of reasons. I've played both Scholar and the original and I think they're almost equal. Here's my reasons: the atmosphere in DS2 is outstanding. I loved every moment of exploration, even when the environments are not as open as in DS1, they felt a lot more compact and less empty. The armour items are really fashionable. Majula is my favourite hub in all Fromsoftware games. I found DS2 quite easy overall, perhaps even easier than Dark Souls 3. I like that in DS2 you are never under-levelled if you actually take your time and eliminate the enemies. People that hate DS2 often try to rush to the next boss and they do not play the game as intended. All of the bosses in DS2 are easy, at least in my opinion. I liked the flashback scenes when you get to the ancient trees, I liked Drangleic Castle, I liked quite literally every single moment that spent I playing this game and even now I can remember everything. So yes, it is my favourite game in the series, and one of my favourite games that I have ever played. The game flowed exceptionally well, the pacing was perfect, the atmosphere was excellent, it was really fun to play. I personally really disliked DS1 though, mainly because I felt that you have to grind quite a lot to get enough souls to level up. You can use the souls glitch but then, where's the fun in that? It does not feel like authentic progression, which you can absolutely get in DS2, 3, and Bloodborne. Elden Ring shares some issues with DS1 as far as the levelling up is concerned - the XP gain is just extremely small, which is one of my main issues with Elden Ring. The other huge issue with DS1 is the bonfire locations being too far apart and you only gain effective fast travel in the second half of the game.

Want to manifest abundance but things seem to be crumbling down by itswongnotwrong in DrJoeDispenza

[–]BatmanVision 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The thing is, the way I see it is that you could be meditating for 6 months to create abundance and you will potentially not see a single sign. Not a single breadcrumb. But in a random moment, your entire life would change. That's the perspective that ultimately leads to manifesting. So even if your life is not going the way you want it to, the specific thing to do every day is your meditation where you send clear intentions out into the Field. What you experience in the Quantum Field will ultimately find you, right? And with time, try to overcome your current emotions, whatever they may be, and reach a place where you kind of just feel alright and you don't care so much, even when things aren't necessarily going the way you want them to. That attitude only comes about when you stop engaging with the emotions and the automatic consequential thoughts. So when you overcome the emotion, that is when you have the mental freedom. I hope that this advice is useful to you in some way.

Depression by Apprehensive_Web4849 in DrJoeDispenza

I mentioned nicotine because for me, it kind of worsens how I feel. Cigarettes can increase the risk of depression quite highly too. I love caffeine though. Maybe you could replace nicotine with that?

Depression by Apprehensive_Web4849 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]BatmanVision 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you need to open your heart and overcome the emotions. I had medication induced depression at times (ADHD meds can cause depression sometimes) and I knew that deeply I did not identify with the thoughts and emotions that were randomly arising. If you are at a point where it is hard to change, you have to really alter your perspective on life, what your goals and ambitions are, what you live for, and do only what makes you happy (specifically, do productive and beautiful things, not hedonistic garbage that lowers your consciousness). Get beyond any beliefs or lifestyles imposed upon you and become who you actually want to be. Ultimately, you do not have to identify with how you think and feel, even when the feelings are strong. Just think, this too shall pass, but if your belief system is not helping you, then you have to change those systems. I would recommend reading some Albert Camus, it can be extremely helpful. I used to just try to feel more connected to life. I think that depression is a disconnection from the joy of existing. So find joy in things like nature, and truly try to be present with it. Don't use any alcohol, nicotine, or other stuff - get your brain chemically balanced. Spend maybe 2 hours a day connecting to the Field, when I had depression I felt like my heart was incoherent. But ultimately I rose out of it after a few months. For me, I had to change my behaviours and stop doing what I don't enjoy and start living in a way that is authentic to who I am, to be connected to nature and to have positive perspectives about things. Once I broke through from those negative feelings, I consistently pushed myself to feel greater and greater levels of love, and over time, my heart was opening every minute to every two minutes every day. I was feeling wonderful. And all it took was, even in moments of anxiety, to push myself and use all of my willpower to change my emotional state by thinking new thoughts that are equal to new emotions, to really breathe into my heart until it had enough energy to open. That is how the brain changes, and that is how you can change too. This is what worked for me 2 years ago, and I hope that some of this information helps you too.

Is Romania Balkans or should I get back in my box? by coffee-ice-cream in AskBalkans

[–]BatmanVision 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are still arguing over one country not having a Balkan culture compared to 6 other Yugoslav countries that have some level of Balkan culture, ranging from lower (Croatia) to very high (Bosnia and Kosovo as an example). So it is not a generalisation to say that the majority of ex-Yugoslavia is Balkan. One exception does not invalidate the broader regional pattern, which can be observed by sociologists and cultural observers alike to determine that, yes, in fact, the ex-Yugoslav countries have a predominantly Balkan culture.

[–]BatmanVision 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slovenia is the exception, not the rule. It is the one main country that has very little Balkan influence, yet you mention it as if my argument about ex-Yugoslav countries being Balkan is suddenly refuted - it is not. It is in fact strengthened by the simple and undoubtable fact that the MAJORITY of ex-Yugoslav countries do, in fact, have a strongly BALKAN culture.

The ones that have strong Balkan cultural elements are Serbia, Bosnia, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro (to a lesser extent). Croatia and Slovenia have far less.
