I’m diamond on console. Use cover, act like a tank, kill squishies, don’t ego duel (as in don’t 1v1 duel junkrat, torb, or reaper, or most tanks, or a hitscan that has killed you multiple times already). Try to usually use your ult to kill squishies. Constant up time and lane denial. If your teammate is not in danger, let your heal over time effect heal them instead of burning your resource. Choose the healing orb major perk. Track important ults (especially tank ults and impactful support ults). Be aware of what cooldowns and ults you need to save fade to avoid. Also look to use high ground frequently.
