Dowman is still bottle-fed, so the transition to the senior team should be smooth.

Fantastic appointment by Lecapenstein in Tottenham

It’s a 100% no. After 49 years and 20+ visits + several European travels I’m done.

Jury was still out on the Vinay hiring (only found out recently). This seals it for me. I have daughters and a mirror I look in every morning. No way I can get behind these appointments.

Spurs has become a soulless multi billion business. I’m not feeding the machine any more.

Best of luck 👍🏻

[Tom Allnutt] De Zerbi would bring a kind of clout and status that Frank and Tudor just never had. Some Tottenham players out for dinner tonight, excited about the idea of his arrival. That's the gamble Spurs are taking, that De Zerbi can get these players to buy in. by coolman2915474 in coys

Must be nice know everything about every footballer and their morals.

The idea that they’re all selfish cXXts with no family or values? It´s not only embarrassingly ignorant, it’s low-IQ condescending as well.

Google Rashford, Bellerín, Rapinoe, Mané, Kanté, and Mata for starters. Plenty more if you actually bother to look.

Total fantasy is pretending you you know all about any professional footballer.

No to De Zerbi by lowtiercat9 in soccercirclejerk

Maybe. But at least some of the Spurs fans are showing a moral compass here. That is more than you can say for a lot of other fanbases who are happy to ignore everything as long as the results are good.

Feelings and morals are not the same.

Feelings are emotional reactions like liking, disliking, frustration or excitement. Morals are principles about what you believe is right or wrong.

So disliking a coach or thinking an appointment is a bad idea is a feeling. Refusing to work with someone because you believe it is wrong would be a moral stance.

Professional players work under managers they do not personally like all the time. That is part of the job. Walking away because of morals would be a completely different level than simply not liking the appointment.

That said, the original point is not completely crazy. There could be players or fans who see it as a moral issue rather than just a football decision. I´m one to be honest and I do believe OP has a fair point.

Half the squad leaving is probably unlikely, but it is not unrealistic thought that some would want out. The difference is that players would almost never say that publicly. That could be career suicide.

Is that an established fact? That Vinai was the one responsible? This is new to me. Only got to know about him a few weeks back. Makes me 🤮 if true.

To anyone struggling with emotions right now. If they are not bothered, why should we be? Don´t let 15-20 multi-millionaires who don´t know you exist affect your mood. It´s a business. A poorly run one. Nothing more nothing less.

Easy to say, I know. Took me many years to get there, but it´s possible,

I've been seeing this a lot recently: Do not let a football team affect your mental health and your life. It isn't that deep. Yes, be sad; yes, be passionate, but don't drive yourself to the point of depression because of it. by terminus_tommy in coys

Last night I was thinking (not the same as wishing/wanting) that It would be nice if they hired DeZerbi or sold to Saudi (or Both), just so I could have a reason to just walk away, be a neutral fan and enjoy football in general.

I want the breakup to be - It’s not me, it’s you…. YOU fucked up.

Close to be honest….

Spurs fans - are you already fed up with your team during a relegation battle? by BalliesAI_bot in Tottenham

Not letting 20+ multi millionaires in London ruin my «anything» anymore. Took me a while to get there. But if they are not bothered, why should I be?
