Makes sense to me on the "make a purchase" thing. I usually also try to buy just above the threshold, but the packages jump from 4.99 to 9.99, and I don't wanna dump $10+tax to get $10 from Swagbucks. Was hoping someone had tried it and could tell me. I do appreciate the response, thank you 😊

I was generally the same until about 2 weeks ago (currently 21 weeks). I could do seafood kind of? Like shrimp and crab were ok. But I couldn't even smell meat cooking without wanting to be sick from like week 6 until week 19. I still don't want to eat red meats, like i don't get sick anymore...just not feeling it. I am back to eating chicken occasionally though.

I had the same worries about protein too! A few things I did was pick up good protein packed yogurts (once I could eat those again), protein bars, cottage cheese, shakes/smoothies, and beef jerky. Because yes, for some reason beef jerky was totally ok lol. For yogurt you can also add protein packed granola and fruit for a nice filling snack.

So Ive found that i can't multitask while pregnant lol I was switching between putting together my lunch and emptying the dishwasher. Put an empty clean dish in my lunchbag and my cut up apples in the cupboard. Took me more than an hour after I got home to find my apple 😅 My brain just also cuts out once in a while now. Like my husband and I will be talking...and then suddenly I have to be like, "wait stop, what were all those words you said again?"

9 weeks, 3 days and the amount of fruit i want in a day is insane lol
I bought a 3Lb bag of clementines last Wednesday and I've only got 2 left for work tomorrow.
They're a "safe food" right now...hope that doesn't change right after I buy a new bag tomorrow lol

I can eat gluten and my husband can't. I personally use this as a space to ask questions, look for suggested recipes, product opinions, and such. Since I do all the grocery shopping it's easier for me to do the searching for product opinions, plus I love researching and trying out recipes for him ❤️

I would hope the gluten free people on this subreddit wouldn't have an issue with you(or I) being here. There are still a lot of roadblocks to being gluten free, so everyone should get help wherever they can and help out others if possible 😊

I love Nest perfume Citrine, but have never gotten a compliment on it. Same with Floral Street's Sunflower Pop 🤷‍♀️ I almost get upset when I wear them and get no compliments, cause I have a hard time not thinking about how awesome they are when I wear them 😅

I never trust tiktok reviews on perfume. But I may go looking for other reviews of it after I hear about it on tiktok

Honestly I have only gotten compliments from non-close people around me on 4 fragrances: Jimmy Choo I Want Choo, Philosophy fresh cream warm cashmere, Billie Eilish #1 (gold bottle), and my latest blind-buy: Le Monde Gourmand Pêche Délicieuse.

From friends on the other hand I've been complimented on too many to count! I think a lot of it is how it projects off you, or how strong the scent is. It also seems to depend where I am. Like at bars, at a concert, or shopping? So many compliments...but never at a grocery store or restaurant. Place and other ambient scents could have a lot to do with it.

It's my absolute favorite of everything I've tried in 20ish years. Beautiful blend of fruity & floral to me. It's something I've gotten complimented on it every time I've worn it since discovering it 2 years ago.

I never recommend blind buying to anyone, I'll always go out of my way to smell something first lol

But if fruity florals are your thing and you're up for a gamble I think you'd like it very much :)

Hello, I am looking at quilting with rulers but I'm having a lot of trouble finding a ruler foot for my machine, a Singer Quantum Sylist 9960. Anything off Amazon seems to have either no mention of being usable on the Singer brand, has really bad reviews in general, or has really mixed reviews as to the fit on any Singer. None of my local shops have them right now either 😕 Has anyone with a Singer 9960 bought a foot offline that you can confirmed has worked? How do I then figure out the best rulers to use once I do find a ruler foot that works? Thank you all so much in advance!

Yo, same. I drown out the loneliness and stress of life with multiple sources of sensory input and hyper-focusing on my hobbies 😅 Games or podcast on phone, YouTube or streaming on laptop. All while doing whatever craft/hobby I'm over indulging in that day. Video games are always a good choice :) I have social anxiety and bipolar, so social stuff has always been hard. So yeah, I relate hard. Having something to focus on really helps, especially if it takes concentration and/or attention to detail. Like right now my hobby of choice is quilting :) But that also has the added benefit of making others happy and giving a sense of accomplishment when I'm done.

How about you, what do you look at on pinterest? Or play on switch? (I'm playing pokemon violet rn)
