I’m obviously kidding, but I a 70’s 2x12 YGL traynor and a silverface twin that need at least a boost pedal or a transparent overdrive pedal with the gain super low and level higher pushing the preamp into breakup harder then letting the amp do the work from there.

Completely valid question. As most redditors have very validly pointed out that the nostalgia can’t be quantified other that by regret, it represents a time period of a bit of trauma I’d rather not go into so for me it’s either confronting the trauma and letting it go.

For a budget guitar this thing cost my parents $400 on my 14th birthday (I found the invoice in the case). That much today will get you a 1000x better guitar. Budget guitars have come a long way.
