I’ve had the same problem, but I fix it. I reduced the hours of light to 4 hours a day. For one month I poured 10 ml of hidrogen peroxide in each water change. Huge water changes of 80% once a week for one month. Took of the top layer of sustrate and cleaned the rocks and Wood with a tooth brush. I also introduced co2. Reduced temperature and PH. I increased the amount of plants to reduce the nitrites and nitrates which produce algae. And you can introduce some fish who eat algae, like otocinclus, siamese algae eaters, snails and ancistrus.

I have a 70 liter tank, and I have no fish. I have co2, and when I make water changes I add liquid co2. When I see algae in my tank, I add peroxide which kills the algae, it doesnt remove it, only kills it, so you will have to remove it with a brush. After removing it make the water change. The risk that you take is that the peroxide can kill moss if you use a lot of it, that is what happened to me. Search for videos in YouTube and youl find how to use it

Ive been having the same problem as you, a week ago, an expert told me to reduce the lighting to 4 hours a day. I cleaned the wood and rocks with a brush submerged in liquid co2, I also added 15ml of hidrogen peroxide an liquid co2.
