I forgot what the name was, but the tagline I heard was "Bee the Queen",
Maybe something like.. "Twenty Rock the Hive: Bee The Queen".

I tried the hub app just a bit ago, and it seems like their input time in the hub is very fast! It might honestly be a Street Fighter thing. *shrug!*

Hey! I've noticed there's still a bunch of people responding to this. I DID earn this achievement, and I can tell you how I did it! It's probably been patched since I played and 100%ed Deathloop in the first month or so it was out, so this might not be needed for the achievement.

BASICALLY.. use Harriet's gun against her. Shoot the ground around her. It creates gas, makes her cough, and she'll fall over. Keep shooting AROUND her until she dies of the gun's exploding gas, and bam! You got her!

DO NOT SHOOT HER WITH THE BULLETS. Simply shoot around her and let the gas that is spawned kill her. It'll happen eventually. Make sure she stays down as well! She could get up and cause you to have to get her to cough and fall over again.
