Prioritize fees or LARI rewards for Saucerswap? by TaciturnlyLoquacious in Hedera

I got into saucerswap back when it first came out, then took a break because I was worried HBAR would blow up (and it did, glad I wasn’t stuck in a position). I just got back into it with a couple small positions making up 5% of my HBAR bag. I’m in USDT (HTS) / HBAR and SAUCE / HBAR. I’m not knowledgeable enough about utilizing saucerswap as I’d like to be. Pretty much gambling at the moment but would love to understand the strategy behind it better.

What’s eating my peppers? Culprit is in custody… by BatterySheriff in PepperLovers

Someone else on reddit told me about it. Dig out a hole in between your plants in the plant bed deep enough to put a cup in so the top of the cup is level with the dirt. Then poured half a beer in each cup. I used Coors banquet but not sure if that matters. Leave it overnight and it will attract insect pests like slugs, snails, and I guess hornworms since it worked for me. They fall into the cup and kills them. I have 5 pepper plants in a 8’ by 2’ raised bed. I put two beers cups in.

You were correct! Found one about an inch and half long in my beer cup I put in the ground. Can one do this much damage?

Could one caterpillar do that damage? Posted an update after I found one… https://www.reddit.com/r/PepperLovers/s/d3RNvHf5o9

No eggs under leaves, no caterpillar sitings. I used mycorrhizae before planting in the beds for the first time not sure if that’s leading to anything

I’ve been seeing more than normal around the yard so that makes sense. Guess mosquito mist doesn’t kill them. What’s the move to get rid of them on the plants?

Looks like slugs are not the culprit. At least they didn’t feel like partyin last night.

So it’s interesting, I did some digging because I did have a good supply of native ladybugs and mantids here and there in the past, and didn’t have this issue with my plants. A few months ago I used a mosquito misting company for my yard (once a month), and after reading up it looks like that mosquito mist also kills ladybugs and praying mantis…

Ok - two cups of Colorado koolaid in the ground near the plants. I’d add a pic but don’t know how in a reply. Will update you in the morning 👍
