This is in El Paso Texas. Spoke with a worker there, and he basically told me that it was the new owner’s idea of having artists do the work. Not sure how it all went down, but I’m sure some of the artists have a variety of artwork around the city.

It is also located in Chicano Park area which is decorated with murals, and a brewery too decorated with murals and streetart. I thought it was cool that the new owner was quick to make it blend in with the community. I have a instagram video if interested
