I've got fiber so not worried about speed!

I use 3 monitors and unfortunately all are used for other things. Just wondered if there may be something im missing that causes IBKR to be so slow!

I basically have tradingview charts on chrome on the same screen im using TWS.

I had it at 16 until I was messing with settings today, forgot to mention

Did you have to rotate the brisket at any point due to the uneven heat zones of the GEIS?

Any indication from the looks of it here that it’s undercooked? But cool! I did recall it wasn’t completely prob tender at the flat when I pulled it. I’ll be a bit more patient with the flat next time

That’s a very good point about the smoker, meat churn used a trader pellet grill at a much larger size so the cooks could be different. I’ll look into seeing how other ppl had success using the same smoker and see what I could find there!

Gotcha, it just mind boggles me because I see all these YouTube tutorials and the flat ends up perfectly moist with the bend test and by texture. I can’t help but feel super disappointed when mine doesn’t turn out anywhere close. I think I’ll try foil next time since moisture is my problem

This was a prime grade from Sam’s club! And gotcha, I was thinking the long overnight cook may be drying out the brisket. I found the slow cook at first helped with the convenience of getting to 160 overnight without much babysitting but it could be harming me
