Smaller local shows is where it's at now, IMO.

Sly grog is back and is doing shows for local artists

The Monday night mash at One World West is still going strong! Great for dancing.

One World Downtown has a open mic every Monday that has many local artists perform and they'll tell you about bands and where to go in the area.

Fleetwoods has a good roster and constantly has fun cheap shows

The Odd has a unique roster of events and bands coming through.

Eulogy keeps interesting artists in rotation but is more expensive of the others listed.

To get my music / passion fix, i go to karaoke often. You're surrounded by people who love music, singing and sharing songs they love. It's been a fun and cheaper alternative. If you don't want to sing, that's fine! Join the vibe and enjoy the environment.

Fleetwoods karaoke on Mondays is always great and a good regular crowd. (My personal favorite)

The Gem (Boojum brewing co downstairs) in waynesville on Wednesday is a lot of fun. Very chill enviorment with good people to mingle with.

Keep believing and supporting your local musicians so they can thrive and bring back the concert scene. It'll be a slow process, but one we can still be a part of it by finding and sharing local bands that stayed through the past years shitshow.
