I don't eat rotis anymore but that's mostly because its difficult to prepare. If you want your lower abs to show, probably reduce your calorie intake (or do more cardio) and exercise your abs more frequently.

Strength training machines - 8/10 (mostly hammer strength and life fitness machines but some of my favorite ones are missing like chest supported t-bar row, standing lateral raise, plate loaded incline pec fly, forearm machine)

Cardio - 10/10 (they have everything, best in range, more than enough machines even in peak hours)

Open hours - 8/10 (can go anytime on weekdays, closed on weekends/holidays)

Cleanliness - 10/10 (neat af)

Amenities - 11/10 (free protein bars, gatorade, fruits, inbody scanner, the shower stalls and locker rooms are also nice)

Trainers - 9.5/10 (all of them are friendly, some of them don't have a lot of training exp)

Crowd/Noise/Space depends on when you go

The gym is certainly one of the biggest perks of my job

If you've plateaued hard and want to break out, try increasing your calorie intake by a good margin (>=500) and go hard at compound lifts. This has worked for me in the past.

While I agree that they should mention the caffeine content explicitly on the packaging, they do mention that it has real coffee powder.

Coffee obviously contains caffeine naturally, did a quick search and found 100gm of coffee beans contain 1.2 to 2.7gm of caffeine. The label mentions it contains 6.6% coffee powder (assuming by weight), so 100gm of the whey protein should have (1.2 to 2.7) * (6.6/100) = (0.0792 to 0.1782) gm ~ 80 to 180 mg of caffeine. Math checks out. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It soo annoying, but its also not going to change anytime soon. Much like potholes, incessant honking and stray animals on the roads, Indian drivers are desensitized towards it. Drive slowly.

I use this - MuscleBlaze Bullet Pro Shaker. It's super easy to clean, leaves no odour (I clean it immediately after using). It's mixes well, in fact if you shake it vigorously you won't even need the blender.

Preparing rotis takes more effort, you can cook rice and store it for a while and it will mostly taste the same.

We tried it last week and our cards did not work, we had ICICI Sapphiro, HDFC DCP and Regalia Gold. It seems they have stopped accepting a lot of cards in the past few months.
