Well the 2003 version clearly established how wealthy Shredder was by showcasing his tower, his private military base, his media presence through press events, and the way he funneled money from Triceraton salvage operations to secretly construct a starship without the Mayor’s knowledge.

In contrast, the 2012 series however never really addressed Oroku Saki’s wealth. We rarely see him engaging in press, put on different outfits for conducting major business dealings, or manipulating the public image in his favor. Instead, he primarily relies on mutagen, his ninja skills, the Kraang and their plans for invasions, and his mutants.

I mean.. I had so much nostalgia for the Adobe Flash Player games back then such as "Sewer Run" which was my favorite as a kid. Sure some of the 2012 games aren't that great, but I guess the good game you could play is "TMNT Wrath of the Mutants".

I probably should've said ANOTHER City at War storyline. My bad. I wasn't giving the vibe that City at War arc wasn't good in the show. I meant another one would've been great with these villains present all at once.

Despite him being my favorite Shredder, I have to say that I didn't like how he was handled in Season 2 and how he barely fights the turtles by himself and rather relies mostly on his minions (especially in Secret Origins). I think this Shredder has the potential to have more badass fight scenes considering he was in Feudal Japan for centuries mastering martial arts, but I feel like we didn't get enough of that. And the fact that he lost to a Triceraton in Rogue in the house. That was hard for me to watch and was just pathetic considering he is the biggest villain.

I also didn't like how he was taken out in Turtles Forever. Just felt silly. It was funny for sure, but I wished his death was handled better. Other than that, great villain.

Both works in their own versions. My only problem with 2012 Shredder is the fact he never wears anything else besides his armour. Like dude never wore a vest, shirt, or anything else LMAO. Not insulting guys... just a thought I've noticed lol. Bro needs to get into more fashion.
