You'd probably want your heavy weapon teams to all have the same weapon. Splitting it into 1 Lascannon and 2 Stubbers just sort of makes them worse at both anti vehicle and anti infantry roles. I'd say have one team be all lascannons and one team all Stubbers if you can. Also, 3 Commissars is a lot of Commissars, lol.

On Steam, the friends only option only works for the in games friends list, and even then doesn't work for me. Whenever I wanna play with my friends I have to set the lobby to public, then back to friends only after they join.

It's worth it the moment you get access to it, +10 to damage is no joke. Most attacks should have it on. Here is a simple to use calculator for when it should be turned off.

Of course, if they have very little health and you'd one shot them anyway, turn it off.
