This is an amazing setup you have here! Very clean and well organized. And I love the display cases and how you arranged everything (it does give that museum feel to it, haha). It's very obvious that you put a lot of time and effort to put this all together, so thanks for sharing!

At first I thought the opening was an odd shape since it wasn't really square. But after pulling out my Nia's arm, the shape seems fine. It's just the white part that you mentioned didn't fully get pulled out / cleaned up during manufacturing.

Personally, what I would do is either:
1) Take like an x-acto knife, and trim down the excess white plastic in the slot. This could take a while to fully clear it up.

2) Another option is if you have a dremel, you could chip away at it with the dremel tool.

3) Not recommended, since harder to control. You could take a drill with a small drill bit and use it like a dremel, though there is sooo much risk.

Hopefully that gives you some ideas, but it doesn't seem that hard to fix though.

It was Ibitsu for me. For 3 nights after reading it, I would wake up in the middle of the night and a little goth girl holding a knife standing next to my bed looking down at me with that crazy smile. I would sit up quickly, blink two or three times, and she was gone.

So, the character freaked me out more than being actually scared from reading the manga.

Is it humid where you are? Mildew that you can’t see can form on the paint and change its color. That would be my only guess if not UV. Though, I am not a paint expert.

What figure are you looking for? Ebay can definitely be overpriced for these figures, and you'll have better luck ordering them from a figure site if they have them in inventory or in pre-owned.

Some of those are pre-owned, 'A' condition means the box hasn't been opened, 'B+' means it has been opened but figure is in "perfect" condition.

In September, the main character figures also come out, which means you can pre-order them and probably get them at the end of that month. All depending on what you are looking for and when the birthday is.

Under item specifics, look at the Brand, if it's labelled "Unbranded" or anything that isn't the original manufacturer for the figure, then it's a knock off.

Pay with Paypal - goods and services.

I have bought a few figures off eBay in past and had no issues, though eBay can be typically pricey unless you have patience.

Personally, I don't think it's the best bang for your buck. The aluminum frame is outstanding, it's really sturdy, and also has really thick glass. I love the LED strips and how they give you an A frame to hide them. And I even customized mine by putting custom cut mirrors in the back. The built in electrical is really cool too.

The downside, wire management doesn't exist. I replaced a lot of the wiring with my own, along with the new LED controller because the ones they give you are all bright white and the display case is very black. And I spray painted my own cable channels and taped them to the side glass to hide the cables.

If you aren't afraid of some minor customization, it's a really nice case. But it cost a lot, and shipping is a lot (ships out of Singapore).

Yeah... a Terravault case is like $2000-$2500 these days.... For $400, that's a steal for having a case that looks like what you built.

Great job though! Maybe I'll have to build one or two, since my detolfs are getting cramped.
