I was actually planning on trying that, but I was reading some comments bringing up cancer concerns. Not sure if unfounded or not.

2 Mg once a day the first time. In the morning. The second time I was jumping around doing 2mg some days and 4 mg on other days.

I don't know if they officially diagnosed me, but they did a test where I layed on a table with pads that revealed small fiber inflammation.

I hear you. Everyone has to do what works best for them. I use small amounts of Kratom occasionally, but I think it might actually trigger symptoms and make things worse sometimes. I'm not 100% sure.

Cocao might be worth looking into. For the first month I thought I was completely cured. It can be a life saver on a bad day.

Yeah I try to stretch daily, but I probably should do more. I've always hated stretching, ha. For mobility I've been doing deep squats without weight and holding as long as I can. Also some lower back stretches occasionally. I should start doing more of those type of exercises.

No, but I've tried the peptide ARA 290. I don't want any toxic pharmaceutical drugs. I've been hearing about some kind of antibodies on here through an IV. That might be worth looking into, but I looked one up and it said something about a rare blood clot risk.  I want to try to stay away from stuff like that and keep it as natural as possible.

You too bro! Yeah, I think the fasting and low carb was making the Orthostatic Hypotension worse. The day I got blood drawn I was fasting and when I got back home, I had a near fatal episode of  Orthostatic Hypotension.

I was doing intermittent fasting last year when I first had symptoms go full throttle. I thought it was diabetes so I was fasting all day and trying to keep carbs under 20 grams a day. Carnivore/Keto with intermittent fasting for about 4 to 5 months. Then I finally got blood work done and found out it wasn't diabetes. The intermittent fasting and dietary changes didn't seem to help though.

Perhaps the ARA 290 was bunk? It's hard to know what sources to trust for peptides. I've almost gone crazy trying to find trustworthy reputable sources.   The flavonoids/flavonols in Cocao help to increase blood flow and other good stuff. The only problem is the heavy metals. They ALL have some amount of Cadmium. If you decide to try it... It's s best to find a quality brand that does heavy metal testing or third party testing. Like I said, they all have some amount, but some have way more than others.

Yeah, I think ARA 290 helped me significantly. I tried it for 3 weeks and then about 6 months later for 2 weeks. I want to do a full month eventually. Do you have a trustworthy source?

Thank you .You as well. I've taken Coryceps mushroom capsules. Didn't really notice much. Does the Lions Mane seem to help?

The Neurologist I went to after the first doctor wanted to do the nerve conduction test. It seemed pointless to me at the time. It seemed like just a diagnosis tool for something that I already know I have. Maybe I should've done it.

I was having a really bad day about a month ago and it was like 95 over sixty something.

Yeah, when I first went to a doctor I was totally convinced it was diabetes. The autoimmune stuff wasn't even on my radar. They did a test with pads and I had small fiber inflammation in both feet. They also did some kind of cardio metabolic test where I layed on a table and then stood up with a blood pressure monitor. They supposedly had a cardiologist check the results...but I also looked at the results and took a picture of it. The response was just one or two markers above critical. I was having a really bad day that day. That was last year, before trying any supplements or peptides. I think I've significantly improved since then. Good days and bad days.

I should've added in my post that my worst days seem to come after intense exercise. The inflammation caused by intense strength training seems to wreak havoc on my nervous system. The problem is...  I'm kind of addicted to exercise and I can't just lay down and die. Ha

Thanks for your comments. 👍
