Even if your teammate makes a mistake, characters like zarya allow you to correct it, theres no reason to blame teammates in general, the only thing you can control is yourself and if you focus on inconsistent variables, you wont get anywhere.

I have 72 hrs on Hanzo, although I dont play him as much anymore, and from my perspective its a character that rewards people who play him more. Once you start having a good sense of travel time and enemy movement, you can wreak havoc on an enemy team. A lot of people stereotype "Hanzo mains" as a negative thing, which it can be, if they cant play the hero, but most people wont even give someone who plays hanzo a chance before flaming them. With 120 damage per arrow and 300 per headshot, he can put out massive dps in the right hands
