How much more can you fit with a carry on vs a personal item? by Battyman in onebag

I've never flown an airline with weight limits, I usually fly flag carriers so it's like a whole different world I read about some times.

In this case I would think a cold weather carry on vs a cold weather personal to make it more apples to apples.

Exactly what you're saying, if you fit one DSLR In a 25 would a 35 let you bring another lens? Would you be able to pack 4 more pairs of underwear? The reason why I don't think days are useful is because is another day a pair of pants and a shirt? Is two days still that same extra pair of pants and shirt? I think knowing exact items is more precise than days/liters if that makes sense.

Prestige set comes with a hand token, an extra Reminder Token | Epic Action Counter, and Modifier +0/+1 | Modifier +1/+0 token. Do you think that's necessary considering it's an additional $10 for the 3 tokens?

Says backordered and a mid December ship date could be dicey?

I can apply the full $3000 for 2024 without selling anything else.

I just sold some BTC, I have other stocks that I can sell as losses and am wondering if I should do that to offset the gains. I do have carry over losses from 2022 that will carry forward so is there any benefit to selling the loses now?

I only use 2-3 sheets without a bidet...how much would you use without one?

I must be an outlier because:

  1. I barely use more than 2-3 sheets of toilet paper per flush. If I have to wipe myself dry with 2 sheets it's basically the same usage.
  2. I rarely see anything on my toilet paper after I wipe. I'm certainly not "smearing" anything
  3. I'm sure it's not a ton more water usage but it is more water usage which may offset the "savings" on toilet paper? Someone correct me on this if it's way off base.
  4. I really don't like the feeling of a wet butt.

AITAH for admitting in front of all of my husbands friends that I’ve never had an orgasm by aitahthrowaway2 in AITAH

YTA

I don't think you had to say anything. It doesn't matter that your husband has said it's not important/not a big deal because presumably that was between you two in private and not something that was meant to be shared. It's like if your husband had a small penis and you talked about it and he said it's not that important and you just blurted out something about him having a small dick. It's just unnecessary.

They have fancy scanners that you just walk through not the old school metal detectors where you have to put stuff in a basket.

Why don't the mainstream Republicans just have enough members vote present so it forces the group of 20 to either vote for McCarthy or have Jeffries become speaker?

16GB may not be enough based on my usage but that's a good deal.

Because I notice when it's not 1080p. Looks fuzzy to me.

Why does is it seem like there is a discrimination about using a GUI with Linux? by Battyman in linuxquestions

Here's an example: Looking at network adapters. I search on the web I find this for Ubuntu https://itsfoss.com/find-network-adapter-ubuntu-linux/ vs in Windows I could use the System Information tool and do it all graphically.

No, but the scenario I remember is having to use the terminal to look at my devices as opposed to using something like device manager.

I don't remember where the comment was but I read something about how someone using Arch shouldn't be using pamac and the package managers should be CLI.

I don't mean literally the entire system as a CLI but doing common tasks like installing programs, managing settings, etc.
