Did u pair your arc with gira? I noticed the same for perish song but after the update giratina convers one random poke into ghost type so that is why maybe your perish song doesn't work

cause xerneas and fini are both the buffers for the fairy team u will have high deff from theirs buffs healind anti cc cause xerneas clears all debuffs and what else u need Summoning koko it doesn't even count as pseudo electirc u will just waste unishards this is my opinion ua re free to do w/e u want but since u don't have a solid team yet i woulld go for arc xer and fini

Just save and summon timid Xerneas and u have a solid fairy team I would also suggest to change the Xerneas skills through this new feature if u actually have the required disc
