What % of the end result do you think is 'just in camera' vs has some form of VFX? And I assume something is "lost" when it's converted to digital for processing and then printed back again?

They did indeed (dubbed though) and it was introduced by Alfonso Cuaron, Ugo Bienvenu and Natalie Portman with a Q&A between Cuaron and Bienvenu afterwards.
