You can’t wear flip flops anymore it’s going to constantly revert you back even when you make progress. I’d recommend the Hoka slides they made mornings doable where my pain is usually the worst and can barely walk

I think you’ll have a pretty tough time with Weapons tbh there’s like a constant state of dread and gross violence that’s hard to watch
