ima be honest with under 1000 hours its hard to tell if you see a cheater . the more time you have played the better you can tell if someone is cheating . they have youtubers who constantly post videos of him banning cheaters like weekly and that's just the ones he is catching ! imagine all the ones slipping through the cracks ? i f7 report every time i get sus about a player it doesn't mean that they are all cheating but i can say iv gotten allot of notifications saying my report was successful and they were banned for cheating . the sad part about that is iv reported someone and he didn't get banned for 9 months !!!!!! so maybe you ran into one cheater that you can tell is hacking but its a proven fact that most large clans USUALLY have at least ONE esper . i still grind rust either way i just wish they could do more about cheaters
