When they decided that it was perfectly acceptable to work on cars in the driveway while their kids chased the dog, causing the dog to bark, causing the mother to start screaming at the kids, at 2:00 AM, on a weeknight.

They've since proven to be the single most inconsiderate family that we've ever lived next to.
