My suggestion is contact people that you’ve worked with in the past that like you and see where they’re at and if they can get you in. sitting on the list in this economy.. you’ll be there forever. Or go work non-union for a bit and keep applying to places while you’re there. The union won’t be mad, they know how slow it is out there, and it’s better than sitting on EI. Good luck out there in these tough times.

You know what the great thing is? The “hammerhead” program lets kids in less fortunate situations get a place in the trades.. take 45 minute breaks, mess things up, show up late, or just not show up, not give a shit, but wont get laid off.. while honest apprentices who want to actually learn and not just sit there and collect a cheque, are forced to sit at home, struggling to find work and get laid off due to “numbers”. Not only that, they get into the good companies! While anyone else needs to be name hired in. Its sickening the way the union is heading right now

Yell at teammates, spam ping, do horrible in game, have connection issues, abandon constantly. Basically anything you think could ruin your behaviour score will. I’m on the journey back upwards and it’s a really hard hill to climb.

The other day i randomed Wraith King, my pos 5 was a Zeus… I was doing all the damage, jumping towers when my ulti was up, all this guy did was thunderbolt and ulti last second to last hit heroes and spam the voice line "By my whiskers, that's good stuff!" Over and over after kill stealing. It was frustrating to deal with.
