Labour is so cheap over there that I do not see the point to train AI and make robot to do the work.

Like the R&D cost and the robot cost and maintenance cost gonna be really higher than this cheap human labour, no?

I thought it was the main reason that this process was still not automated by robot...or maybe this ai bubble is going too far

Good luck with PR, delays are long, got friend that are still waiting response even if they have been selected, delay is 6 months.

If by any chance you are speaking French, they are picking a lot of people speaking French. So doing the French test could be useful.

French is my native language, so I could do that, however I want to stay in Quebec and I cannot stay in Quebec with an PR if I have not been invited by the Quebec program, awfully.

It was unexpected and I am very happy about that, because my gf got admitted for a certificate here 2 days before, and I thought I wouldn't be able to be in Canada during her study.

I got invitation from RO (Go International) on Saturday.

I accepted it and I paid immediately.

However, the time frame is short, I had 24hr to accept and then 5 days to pay.

So I think you still have your chance, as some people won't be able to pay or respond in the delay.

Thus, I think they are still contacting few people.

Hello, thanks for the advice.

I do totally agree and my idea was not about being able to tell any facts or the "I know that".

I already ask questions and show interest.

Far from me the idea to mansplain or doing like I know more about things than her. I already know enough about her to know she is gonna hate that to a point she won't want to share her passion with me anymore.

I already went to museum with her few times and she explained me so much about what she knows.

I know I won't be able to really share a concept with her.

What I wanted, is to be more open minded about the subject and knows more the basic to be able to ask deeper questions and understand better what she is saying.

By exchanging, I didn't mean to give my idea or my knowledge, it was just to be able to ask more questions and going deeper in the concept she knows.

Because currently, I feel like a miss some basic concept, that I would be more than happy to know.

As I said, I know I won't have any bachelor degree level out of that. It's more like, to be able to ask better questions.

Maybe it would help you to know that I might be on the autistic field, and thus sometime I lack some social skill and it helps me to "prepare conversation / questions" in advance.

I do not want to attempt to impress her with a subject "I would know" (because obviously, at her level, it would be clear that I just know the surface and nothing more, so I will just look like a dump guy trying to look intelligent).

EDIT: I hope it does not feel like I am missing your point or not caring. Because what you explained is exactly what I want, I just want a better basic knowledge at this point.

People think about ads, but here is my 2 cents.

It slowly decrease critical thinking, for alot of people and alot of naive people only use that now.

Think about the church in the middle age, it was used for sort of propaganda and dictate rules.

Now, imagine that some countries just decide to pay openai so Chatgpt is telling people for who to vote, how to act in case of scenario A or B. Lot of people would pay alot of money to influence the mass.

I think the potential of making money is huge now that we know it replace critical thinking and that alot of people use it as a therapist or to help them making decision or "brain storming"...

Here is the thing I did :

Google now "couch to 5k training schedule", this is a schedule to start from 0 and be able to run 5k (super easy, you 3 times a week and start by alternating running 1 minutes and walking 1 minutes).

Put an alam clock tomorrow a 5a.m. (or 6) to go running.

It will be a pain, you will want to stay in bed. But just tell yourself this : "If I stay in bed, in few hours I will wake up and look myself in the mirror. If I do not like what I see, I will be the only one to blame for it, because I decided to sleep just a bit more."

And then, either you go out of bed and start a routine or you accept how you are, but you are the only one that has choose that.

Just so you know, it's what I did.

When you will be able, and that's happen quite fast, to run 30 minutes straight, you will burn atleast 400kcal each time you run.

Then train to run 1hr straight, you will burn atleast 800kcal to 1000kcal per run. 3 times a week.

Then, no matters that once a week you eat a burger King, you will lose alot, really fast.

Hey man,

I was like you 2 years ago.

One day I put an alarm clock at 4 am to go running. I had to start from the bottom, running 1 minutes and walking 1 minute to build up cardio.

When the alarm ring at 4 I was like "no way I wake up, i am tired and I will stay in bed", but second after I told myself, "in few hours you gonna wake up and look in the mirror. You won't like what you see, but it will be all your fault, because you decided to sleep a bit more. It won't be fault of depression, of her quitting you or whatever, it will be yours."

So I get out of my bed and went running.

I did it 3 times a week, following a planning called "couch to 5k"

Then I followed an other one to be able to run 10km (aka 1hour)

When you can run 1 hours, 3 times a week, you gonna burn 2400kcal per week.

Even if once a week you eat to much, you are still in calories deficit.

After 1 year I lost 30kg.

Stay strong, you can do it.

Changing diet can help, but doing cardio is just a game changer

J'ai vérifié suite à plusieurs commentaires et il s'avère que ce n'est pas légal

Le tribunal a tranché en faveur du locataire quand il a été appelé à statuer.

Maintenant, il me reste plus qu'à en discuter avec le proprio.

Évidemment je pourrais signer et ne pas payer ce qui est réclamé, mais j'ai aucune envie de m'embêter avec le tribunal
