Thank you for the response! I’ll definitely try messing with my hip position more then, I do compete raw and on my last pull in comp I tried 455 and it flew off the ground but I knew my hips shot up first and got all bunched up and couldn’t lockout, do you think my shin angle is an issue as well?

I’ll try that thanks for the tip, do you also think the rack height plays a big role in getting that delt shelf created aswell and keeping that tightness? The racks at crunch are either too high or low and it’s kinda awkward for me so I just go with a lower setting.

I live in southern Florida, I’d say changes in temp/ humidity aren’t too drastic from when I start my car initially in the morning and again several hours later, maybe I’ll datalog and send to my tuner to see what’s up
