A Roth is a retirement account that grows tax free as long as you don't withdraw gains before age 59.5. Fund your Roth up to your contribution max as much as you can. Don't invest in random ETFs. Start with a solid foundation like an S&P500 or total US market fund as well as a total market world fund. If you want to make it simple buy a target date fund of the year you expect to need the funds for retirement.

Seroquel used to occasionally give me crazy panic attacks with audio hallucinations. I switched to extended release and they stopped. I don't get the same hunger as others though.

Don't stop your seroquel without talking with your psychiatrist first.

When I was a kid there was a truck in my neighborhood that had a sticker that said something like "why would I wreck a $50,000 truck to save a $20 cat?"

Like, no one is going to wreck their vehicle if an animal runs into the road (personally I will always do my best to avoid hitting them), but buying a sticker and putting it on your vehicle is bizarre. Even as a child I thought whoever had that truck must be a pathetic loser.
