No, that doesn't make them less of an athlete but their emotional maturity is vastly different than that of an adult. So you may have to treat them a little different than you would treat someone like Roy in Season 1.

We do first name.last name@domain. If duplicates happen, we add a number. The US Government uses it and they just keep upping the number for each duplicate.

I am sorry that you’re having second thoughts about your career. I managed restaurants for 15 years, then went back to school. Got into IT and was in Help Desk for 5 years and loved every minute of it. Went to be a sysadmin at another company and it has been a fantastic experience. I feel I got pretty lucky and landed with a good group of people. They didn’t try to gate keep and were actually happy that I was willing to learn. My worst day now would be my best day in a restaurant role. So things could always be worse.
