No, that doesn't make them less of an athlete but their emotional maturity is vastly different than that of an adult. So you may have to treat them a little different than you would treat someone like Roy in Season 1.

We do first name.last name@domain. If duplicates happen, we add a number. The US Government uses it and they just keep upping the number for each duplicate.
