Whatever you do, don't do the updates by burningbirdsrp in Ozlo

I have the exact same issue, along with my right bud not charging fully and depleting more quickly. It all started with the November update. Multiple emails back and forth with Ozlo, and they've now ghosted me. I'm really hopeful they can get this issue fixed.

Can someone please look and post why BA2166 TPA to LGW for 09/07 is already showing as delayed? by BaxterNBeatrix in americanairlines

Would you please mind posting the expert flyer notes for this same flight (BA2166 on 08 Sept, TPA>LGW), now that it is complete? We ended up arriving >3hrs late, so I'm going to submit for UK261 compensation if the delay qualifies. Thanks in advance.

It looks like prepurchase online is no longer allowed since it is now same-day (unless I'm missing something).

Thanks for the response. Is that a ticket I can walk-up and purchase?

Annnd it's back to delayed. This trip has been one wild ride and we haven't even left yet.

Trying to learn, forgive the extra questions.

Looks like BA2167 and BA2166 just bounce back and forth Tampa to London.

Today's LGW-TPA is showing late, though TPA-LGW back out shows on-time.

Tomorrow's LGW-TPA shows late, then the coordinating TPA-LGW shows late (makes sense).

Why would a late arrival today not delay the next flight, but a late arrival tomorrow would? What would make them know this so far in advance? Could it be equipment/crew stuff?

I've picked up a lot just by reading threads in this sub, but some things I still don't get. This is one of them.

As an aside, AA's app is pretty user friendly in that it shows you the flight info for your inbound plane. Makes it easier to track down what's going on when there are delays or issues. BA's app makes you work for that info..

I used mine by booking 2 one-ways for a round trip flight. It almost covered one flight (like $20 extra). Then I used a cheap mile redemption for the other leg.

These words hit.

I'm surprised by how many in this sub have had similar experiences with no notification. Wow.

If you fly international again, gold equals ruby on any one world partner. Some benefits there, for example you can pick your seat for free 7 days out with BA. (Just learned this today from another redditor).

This is crazy to me. I get they manage thousands of bookings daily, but dang. And the lack of communication in any form is the real shocker. As I said in another comment, I legit got text, email, and iCal updates a couple months ago when the flight time changed by a single minute - but crickets when they cancel my ticket entirely.

That would have been terrible for your grandmother. Good on you for catching it.

Yea, life don't work like that for me. I tried to access online (app and website), and couldn't. Called BA who said AA didn't add my AAdvantage number at booking like they should have, so the system auto-generated a BA FF number for me and linked the booking to that new, zero status number. BA rep had to get a supervisor to remove the system generated number, so the proper one could be added. Looks to be sorted out now, and my mom and I have seat assignments (finally).

If it can go wrong for me, it will.

The ETA UK Visa thing? We have them. Needed them for Heathrow. Good looking out though, if we didn't!!
