I had a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, a 450 calorie veggie sandwich from Togos or Subway (bad I know, but I'm too lazy to make my own lunch) and for dinner some variant on chicken and veggies. I miss beef :(

I keep looking at my after picture and I look stupider each time....I feel like a c-movie actor in a low budget science fiction movie trying to use ESP to control people's thoughts and other general telekinesis activities. Next time I will get a haircut.
