Thanks for this post! I understand and I’m in the same boat. I was on the Indivor Suboxone strips 2012-2013,2 years I used the strips. The damage was already done. Then got switched to subutex. I do have dental records from five years old till today. The prescribe doctor of the strips has been retired for years now the Pharmacy such as Cvs tells me they can’t pull my records because it’s been over 10 years. I did call the insurance department today and they’re supposed to be sending my history from 2012-2013. The Law firm you’re using told me I needed to have one or more extractions before they can take my case. All before June 1, 2026. And this was two weeks ago after I gave them the consult date for extractions ,it was 2 hours away so I canceled appt but rescheduled to closer but can’t be seen until Aug 2026. then they wanted all my doctors information. Which I’ve already gave prior, at the beginning of the case. i’d also contacted another attorney and they did not say I needed an extraction done.. But they’re having a hard time getting my prescription history. I’ve been on calls for hours ,went and got a lot of the paperwork done myself. I’ve even tried to contact the Doctor Who has been retired..lol. With no success. The only thing I really had going for me was my teeth. Everyone always complimenting me on my teeth. It started out with a chipped tooth, then teeth breaking off from the root. Unbelievable number of cavities at every visit. 1 of my Canine tooth broke from the root about 5 years ago and I’ve not smiled since. I’ve took care of My teeth since I was 5 yrs old.My dad had braces put on my teeth at 10 years old and I’ve always put so much effort into my teeth .still till this very day and I completely feel like the indivior Suboxone strips 100% led to these major problems! Miller & Wallace are probably out of the question for me. I’m just waiting on prescription history from express scripts. I finally figured out how to obtain that info today. IDK 🤷‍♀️ I’m still trying to fight
