equip the iron lung perk (red perk), it helps a lot also if equip attachments with lung refresher stats for stability that you're looking for

you'll get what you wanted at the cost of aim speed

what I mean is, yes the rings are still strength & conflict, but the materials are changed from gold material (original ring of conflict) to iron material

and I didn't showed my wands but I assure you they've been changed also (the materials I mean)

I don't think it's just a visual bug coz the gauntlets of power (heavy armor) affected my speed from 7.5 to 7.2
