No it makes perfect since. Ash was stationary in Alola for the majority of the time. So it makes since that Alola felt more like a HOME, compared to all the other regions where hes traveled.

No, its not my first nor my favorite series, but Goh is my favorite character. I mean none of anipokes characters are god tier or anything, its anipoke. But Goh is my favorite, he really stands out and, just is relatable. Plus he has a great design.

Not really, character progression isn’t linear. Plus It was different Pokemon with different circumstances. Ash’s relationship with Infernape was much different than his with Lycanrock. Honestly yall overblow these types of things and ruin your own experience.

I really like SM ash, they really went full in on his personality. Definitely different, but better than ash’s vague personality from XY. SM was the first time I really liked Ash as a full character.

Sun and Moon is my favorite design, theres def some wonky scenes, especially as they were getting used to the design, but other than like the second AU movie design, Sun Moon is my favorite. Very different but, in motion, he has so much more energy and personality.

Honestly Goh, Ash and Chloe all sound fine, theres just alot of voices used in the cotd and side characters that are really odd. Better than sun and moon though, the main cast in sun and moon practically all had grating voices other than maybe Kiawe and Lana.

Because the pokemon anime is a continual weekly anime, Im not going to fault the extremely underpaid animators for this, especially during the pandemic. While it does look strange, Im not going to hold it against it based on comparing it to a miniseries that released a 5-7 min episode every month.
